The first big occassion was holding a business success meet at Vijayawada on 26th Jan.'11. On this day we rewarded our marketing associates with gifts and incentives as they made our maiden venture AIRPORT CITY a grand success. We' released our link document book on this occassion which is the one and only of its kind in the real estate industry.
On 13th April'11 we have launched our Holiday homes division. It was a grand occassion held at Hotel Taj Residency attended by lots of dignitaries.While the brochure was launched by Hon'be Minister for Tourism Andhrapradesh Sri Vatti Vasant Kumar, the comapny's logo was launched by Hon'ble Mayor of Greater Hyderabad Smt.B.Kartika Reddy and the website was lauched by Sri Swaranjit Sen,IPS,Rtd.DGP.
Another milestone of ours was sponsoring the Ist anniversary of CCCI here at Hotel Taj Banjara on 27th May.'11. It was a well attended function with many dignitaries and everyone was of full praise and appreciation the way in which we came forward to sponsor the show.
On the eve of launching our second venture HIWAY CITY on 2nd Oct.'11 we invited all the customers of our first venture and felicitated them to thier utmost surprise. It is indeed a rare and special event and we can proudly say that so far no real estate comapny took care of the customers in this manner.
Our comapny's first anniversary was celebrated in a GRAND manner at Vijayawada on29th Nov.'11. The distinguished guests included Hon'ble Sri Mandali Budha Prasad, Ex.Minister and Sri Swaranjit Sen, IPS, Ex.DGP. On this occassion all the successful marketing personnel of the comapny were honoured and felicitated.
After achieving success at Vijayawada we launched our maiden venture here at Hyderabad namely REVOLUTION COUNTY at Shadnagar. The brochure launch took place through the hands of Sri Swarnjit Sen,IPS,Rtd.DGP, at Hotel Taj Krishna on 30th Jan.'12.
Followed by this Bhoomi Pooja was performed on 12th Feb.'12 and a large number of people graced the occassion. Addressing the gathering the local MLA of Shadnagar complimented the buyers about their wise investment as this area is going to develop in a big way in the coming days.Another dignitary who graced the occassion was Sri Swaranjit Sen,IPS,Rtd.DGP, who lauded the efforts of the company in offereing customer friendly ventures.
28th April'12 has been a Golden day for PSRAO Housing&Resorts Pvt. Ltd. We have moved our corporate ofice from the existing set up to a new spacious premesis at road no.12 in banjara hills.
